Contrary to popular belief the bulk of the people who work on the London Underground are solid sterling fellows who are hard working, conscientious heroes of a subterranean kingdom.
Kathy Hart is a particular hero for us. It would have been quite possible, upon hearing that sections of Old Street Tube station we wished to film in belonged to WAGN and not LU, for Kathy to apologise that she could be of no assistance and ask me to leave. Instead she spent half an hour phoning round offices not only to find out who I needed to gain permission from but to actually sort that permission out there and then while I waited. Kathy Hart - we salute you!
