The first tool for a crewmember is the Leatherman. A sort of swiss knife, with the main purpose being a pair of pliers, rather than the knife or the screwdriver or the huge array of tools also arranged inside its compact form. And Mr. Mayover has to be described as a sort of Leatherman for us - the first person we turn to when heading off for a shoot, he's done pretty much everything for us, from pretending to record sound, to actually recording sound, to managing to finagle money out of Richard Curtis so we could go and make a film in Paris...
