Charlie Productions : Joss Flores

Joss is part of the Leapfrog set, an organisation of graduates slowly but surely taking over the whole of Soho. They saw Free Speech in it's home-graded form at the Rushes Film Festival, and Joss offered his talents to get it to the wonderfully-polished work of art it is now, thanks to a fairly new job he had got running at Molinare, which meant he had access to their top-notch edit suites.

He's been marked as having a big future by Molinare's bosses because of the work he's done with us and others since, and we're constantly humbled by how long he wants to work every day and how much of a perfectionist he is in getting it to look just right. The photo we've got for him here is after putting in 48 hours over three days (and nights) for 'Blue Skies' (along with working until 12.30pm every night in the run-up to that long weekend) and as you can see he's barely alive. That's dedication for you...
