Ben is the first name anyone asks for. Simple as that. An assistant who gets the job done before anyone else has thought to ask for it to be so, he is one of the few people we've known able to go travelling for six months and come back into immediate full-time freelance employment without any sort of skip in his step.
He first found work in the television industry starting as a VT trainee before moving into the fold at The Cruet Company, where he trained up in the camera department in the only way he knows how: head down, get on with it.
His hard-working-mind-of-his-own attitude and general toughness (toughness rating +3) meant we wanted to work with him as soon as we could and he's become a rock on set for us.
Charlie Productions believe passionately in doing things and always trying to stop in
time for tea.
