Charlie Productions : Richard Curtis

Yes that Richard Curtis.

In an industry full of preening half-wits prone to manic outbursts of sensational egoism, Richard Curtis is one of the few directors who has built a reputation for being a nice man. Whilst others are watching their cast undress through one-way mirrors or making a mess of elite dining establishments, Richard is, by all accounts, busy raising money for charity. It would be sickening were it not so heart warming

None of us have ever met him and he had no reason other than a natural generosity of spirit to help us out. However when Alex rang his agent and explained how we wanted to go to Paris to make a film over a weekend, Richard very kindly gave us the money to enable us to do so.

Thank you very much Mr.Curtis. You are a true gent.

Charlie Productions believe passionately in doing things and always trying to stop in time for tea.
